YHQG

The guild strives to preserve the heritage of quiltmaking as a craft and as an art form. Our members promote learning, sharing and workmanship with each other and with the community. Membership is open to all those interested in quilts and quilt making.

Welcome to the new-look YHQG website. We hope you like it! It has all the same great information as before, (and then some), presented in a new and improved format. Navigation around the site should be easier than before, and we're trying to include lots more photographs of quilts - just what we all like! The site is still in transition, so please bear with us as we get everything up and running, particularly the photo gallerys. We value your feedback, and ask that you either speak to us, the webmasters, at the guild meeting, or email the Webmasters.

The home page will always have current information that's relevant to our membership - up to date news and information about York Heritage and the quilting community.

In September we welcomed 12 new members - that brings the guild membership to 439! Look for them at the meeting and say hello.
