Silent Auction.

Silent Auction Participant Information

  1. Make one or more miniature / small quilts of no more than 60 inches in perimeter. (For example 15” x 15”)
  2. Put your label on the back of each item and, for each item, include a brief history / creator’s statement on a separate sheet of paper for the buyer.
  3. Drop off your Silent Auction items at the Celebration of Quilts X table at our General Meetings OR on Thursday November 6, 2008 between 9 and 10:30 a.m. at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre.
  4. Funds raised from the Silent Auction are to be donated to the Show Charity: Assaulted Women’s HelpLine. YHQG will retain 20% of the proceeds to support our Quilt Show.
  5. Indicate your intention to contribute a mini / small quilt by completing the form.
