These two positions make the 'Quilt' part of the Quilt Show happen by promoting the show to the guild membership, preparing and distributing the entry forms and checklists to the members; preparing the labels for each quilt, figuring out the best layout for the quilts and organizing volunteers to receive and hang the quilts.
Publicity -Valerie Prideaux
The Publicity position is responsible for marketing the Quilt Show as well as designing, printing and distributing publicity material, soliciting sponsors and much more.
